Last updated: [date of launch]

Who we are

This website is operated by Giovanni Shafik, a REALTOR® licensed with Real Broker LLC, 165 Passaic Ave, Suite 205, Fairfield, NJ 07004, (855) 450-0442.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, property details and any message. We also record the page you were on and the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters) so we know which marketing works.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry and help with your real estate needs. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship manager (Follow Up Boss). We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages about your real estate inquiry from Giovanni Shafik of Real Broker LLC. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Property search is provided by our IDX provider, which may set its own cookies. If you choose Continue with Google to open a guide, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture link with this site (never your password); we use the name and email to open the guide, add you to our contact list in Follow Up Boss and follow up by email, and we set a cookie that keeps the guide open on that device for up to 180 days. You can remove the site’s access in your Google Account under Security, Third-party connections.

We also set our own cookie to remember your visits. Once you send us a form or sign in, we link the pages and homes you view on this site to your contact record in Follow Up Boss, so we can follow up on the homes you are interested in. Anonymous visit history is deleted after 90 days. To stop this, clear your cookies or email us and we will remove your activity.
