Before real estate, I worked in finance. That still shapes how I do this job: when we talk about affordability, pricing or an offer, I’m not repeating market talking points. I’m walking through the numbers with you, the same way I would with my own money.

I work with buyers, sellers, investors and renters across Hudson, Essex, Union, Middlesex and Monmouth counties. I’m based in Bayonne and spend a lot of time in the car, so if you’re anywhere in North or Central Jersey, I’m probably nearby this week.

What clients tell me they like: I’m patient, I explain everything, and I actually answer. What they don’t get: pressure. A home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make. It deserves clear answers, not a sales pitch.
